Il protocollo adottato dal consultorio prevede un colloquio di accoglienza con assistente sociale e psicologo/psicoterapeuta, colloqui clinici (cadenza settimanale), assessment psicodiagnostico, laddove se ne ravveda la necessità visita psichiatrica, relazione diagnostica. Il follow up ha durata variabile a partire dal momento della consegna della relazione finale.
Il Consultorio ha stipulato un Protocollo d'intesa con l'azienda ospedaliera universitaria OO.RR. San Giovanni di Dio Ruggi d'Aragona per le visite specialistiche (endocrinolog*, ginecolog*, androlog*). Per quanto riguarda la consulenza legale si offre solo un primo livello di informazione e orientamento a titolo gratuito.
