L'Associazione non segue linee guida specifiche. Tutti i servizi forniti prevedono una pianificazione preliminare dell'intervento di supporto e un numero massimo di 3/4 incontri. Nell'ambito del servizio di ascolto ai minori, le ragazze e i ragazzi sono accolt* da educator* e psicolog*. L'accesso alla consulenza psicologica è consentito previa sottoscrizione del consenso informato da parte di entrambi i genitori. Gay Center organizza un gruppo di confronto e socializzazione dedicato a persone transgender tra i 16 e i 27 anni. Il gruppo si incontra due volte al mese (secondo e quarto sabato del mese). Il gruppo di Auto-Mutuo-Aiuto è gestito in modalità peer education, con il supporto di ragazz* maggiorenni e alla presenza di educator*. Al numero verde 800711713 è collegato il servizio Speak in chat, attivo il lunedì, mercoledì e venerdì dalle 16:00 alle 20:00. Sono inoltre presenti : REFUGE LGBT+, casa famiglia per giovani LGBT+ vittime di transfobia e rifiuto in seguito al coming out tra i 18 e i 26 anni-
