Per il supporto psicologico, dopo i primi cinque incontri gratuiti, se necessario si invia ad un servizio esterno. Per il supporto psicologico a* minori, se necessario si invia all'AOU Careggi. L'associazione offre un servizio pedagogico per minori. L'avvocato di riferimento è il dott. Alexander Schuster, che fornisce consulenza legale su incarico dell'Associazione Centaurus Arcigay Alto Adige Südtirol. Per il supporto legale (iter legale di rettifica di genere e nome e autorizzazione agli interventi necessari) esiste una convenzione con lo studio Schuster. I servizi gratuiti sono sostenuti prevalentemente da contributi pubblici della Provincia Autonoma di Bolzano e del Comune di Bolzano.
