The various international guidelines and recommendations are used by integrating them, where possible, for a medical and psychological/sexological/psychotherapeutic path more appropriate to the personal needs and situations of individuals. For the endocrinological, gynecological, andrological, speech therapy, aesthetic medicine and feminizing and masculinizing surgery, it is sent to specialists of the National Health System and/ or private. Information and orientation desk (on-site, via e-mail, FB page, telephone); bi-monthly regional and national meetings and socialities; direct FB LIVE information with professionals (psychologist*, endocrinologist*, surgeons*, logopedist*, lawyers* etc.); training on rights and identity of gender, work and work rights* transgender, path of rectification of gender, sexually transmitted infections, voluntary* and operator* reception; FB group management of transgender people, together with association CEST (about 4000 subscribers) "Informs Trans Italy".
