With reference to the various international guidelines and recommendations, they are used by integrating them, where possible, for a medical and psychological/sexological/psychotherapeutic pathway that is more appropriate to the personal needs and situations of individuals. Others services offered: Peer-to-peer reception; information and orientation desk (in the office, via e-mail, FB page, telephone); bi-monthly regional and national aggregation and social gatherings; FB LIVE informative live streams with professionals (psychologists, endocrinologists, surgeons, speech therapists, lawyers, etc.); training on rights and gender identity, work and rights of transgender workers, gender rectification process, sexually transmitted infections, volunteers and reception operators; management of the FB group of transgender people (about 4000 members) "Informa Trans Italia". For endocrinological, gynecological, andrological, speech therapy, aesthetic medicine and feminizing and masculinizing surgery services, referrals are sent to specialists of the National Health System and/or private individuals.
